Jackson Jayden Lyoseko – Safari Guide

My name is Jackson Jayden Lyoseko, and I’m proud to call Arusha, at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, my home.
I was born and raised surrounded by Tanzania’s most iconic landscapes — the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara. For me, Tanzania’s wildlife was never something distant or abstract. It was my everyday life.
From a young age, I grew up listening to the calls of birds at dawn, watching elephants move through baobab forests, and hearing lions roar across the plains at night. Over time, this connection grew into a lifelong passion — and eventually, my profession.
Today, as a certified safari guide in Tanzania, I’ve spent thousands of hours in the field, guiding travellers from all over the world through the Northern Circuit. But guiding, for me, is about much more than spotting animals. It’s about connection, storytelling, and respect for nature.

Why I Created Lyoseko Safaris Tanzania
A Safari Company Built on Trust & Authenticity

I founded Lyoseko Safaris Tanzania to create safaris that feel personal, honest, and deeply connected to the land.
Every safari I design and guide is built on trust, flexibility, and real local knowledge — supported by a dedicated Dutch back office to ensure clear communication and seamless planning before, during, and after your journey.
I personally guide every safari, ensuring you experience the real Tanzania, through the eyes of someone who lives and breathes this land every single day. Whether you explore the open plains of the Serengeti, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, or drive through the elephant corridors of Tarangire, my goal is always the same:
to make you feel welcome, safe, and deeply connected to Tanzania.

Numbers That Tell the Story Every safari is a story worth sharing.

Wildlife First — Always.
At Lyoseko Safaris Tanzania, every decision starts with wildlife.
By putting conservation, respect, and community first, I ensure your safari helps protect Tanzania’s natural heritage for generations to come. Every journey begins and ends with respect for nature and its wildlife.

We Love and Respect Nature

Born and raised near Mount Kilimanjaro, and living in Arusha — the gateway to the Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara, my guiding philosophy is simple:
wildlife always comes first.
I design safaris that respect the rhythm of animals, protect fragile ecosystems, and connect travellers with Tanzania’s landscapes in an ethical and meaningful way. Adventure should not only be unforgettable — it should also be responsible.

Exploring Tanzania Is a Gift

Exploring Tanzania’s national parks is more than travel — it’s a gift.
From the endless plains of the Serengeti to the ancient caldera of the Ngorongoro Crater, every wildlife encounter reminds us how precious and fragile nature truly is.
At Lyoseko Safaris Tanzania, every safari is an opportunity to give back: by respecting wildlife, supporting local communities in Arusha and beyond, and helping preserve the ecosystems that make Tanzania one of the world’s greatest safari destinations.

“I grew up with Tanzania’s wild beauty as my backyard — where the roar of lions and the call of birds were part of everyday life.
Lyoseko Safaris is my way of sharing that gift, so every guest can feel the true heartbeat of Tanzania’s wild.
This isn’t just a job — it’s a calling. Every safari tells a story, and I can’t wait to share it with you.”
